No stomache ache or cramps, and I got a good nights sleep. Had breakfast and started taking my new herbal suppliment, Gluco ~ Science and also took my morning insulin. (100 units of lantus)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Rather cold this morning, fall/winter is definately here! I look forward to winter, hopefully tons of snow in the mountains, (for the skiers and snowboarders) and nothing down here in the city's, As most people cant seem to drive in the stuff! I wonder if the early start of the school year here has affected anybodies end of summer vacation plans? As for me, no vacation planned for me.  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;One of my favorite TV shows, Rescue Me had their seson finale last night. It sucked! Potentially killing off the main character of the show is a bad move! I love this show and I hope it will be on next season! We need more shows like this on TV.  Dennis Leary is a great actor, I hope he's not getting tired of making this show. Atleast another favorite of mine Lie To Me, will be starting again soon! Ahh the fall tv season! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Well, the M's play again tonight! hopefully they can get another win against the A's and win the series. And the Seahawks are gearing up for the final pre~season game! I hope they can get all the kinks worked out before the start of the regular season, I want to see them make the playoffs this year! Stomache ache and cramps, no diahhrea though. had a hard time sleeping last night, kept getting hot flashes, then cold flashes. Finally fell asleep about 6 am this morning and woke up at about 2:30 pm. drank some green tea, and ate something about 5pm. Took my Blood Sugar Defense pill, and my daytime insulin. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Had to run and do some errands today, get a few things from the store. I called Super Suppliments to see if they had got in the new order of Blood Sugar Defense pills, When I was informed they are no longer selling those pills in their store! so I went in and checked out what all they had and found a different brand called Gluco - Science by Source Naturals 90 tablets for 20 dollars plus tax.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Here is the link: &lt;a href="http://www.sourcenaturals.com/products/GP1634/"&gt; http://www.sourcenaturals.com/products/GP1634/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So I think I will start taking  Gluco ~ science pill in the morning and evening, and take the Blood Sugar Defense pills in the afternoon, see if that gets my blood sugar any lower. Maybe even get to the point of taking less insulin per day.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Well the M's played tonight, and they won! hopefully they can continue to win, not much time left in this season. I Checked my blood sugar level 338! really high, but I've been fighting some kind of bug since sunday night. hopefully this will go away soon, tired of the stomache ache and cramps! Not feeling good today, my stomache is upset and had some diahhrea today. Ate some lunch, and took my Blood Sugar Defense Pill, and my insulin. No other aches and pains, and other than my upset stomache, I feel calm and centered. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Nephews are in school today, nice to have some peace and quiet here. Another cool sunny day here, looks like summer has left for the year! Time for cool cloudy days, and the entrance of the rainy season. Hopefully we will have less snow this year, but it can snow all it wants in the mountains! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;M's play again tonight, hopefully can get back on track and start a long winning streak! I enjoyed watching the Seahawks game, although I bet the coach will be working their asses off this week, they need to be sharper on their play execution. They also need to tackle better too! Last week of pre-season to work out the kinks, then time to start the real season!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Well, i'm going to go Do some laundry and go for a walk later. Took my morning Blood Sugar Defense pill, and my insulin. No aches or pains, and my lower legs and feet still have a little bit of numbness. My distance vision is about the same, and the buzzing in my ears is very faint, but still there. My digestive system seems to be working good, no diahhrea, and I feel centered and calm.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I enjoyed watching both the Seahawks and the M's win last night! looking forward to the start of football season! Looks like this is going to be a great year for alot of teams, hopefully very few injuries will take place this season. Having some doubts about the new defense for the Seahawks, they really need to step up their game in the last pre-season game coming up! need to do alot better at defending against the run, and getting more pressure on the QB from the start of the game! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Another Cool and cloudy day here, I think summer has said goodbye, and soon fall/winter will be here. Sadly that means the rain will be back for several months, and the cloudy gloomy days! School starts tomorrow! finally parents get some peace and quiet! I know my nephews are hating it! They still need to work on getting back to an earlier bedtime schedule! no more staying up till 4 in the morning and sleeping all day!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;M's are playing today! hopefully another win! Took my morning Blood Sugar Defense pill, and my morning insulin. Had breakfast, and looking outside I think we shall see some rain today! No aches or pains to report, feeling great, calm and centered and my mind is focused. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is the last Weekend of summer for my nephews, on monday school starts. hopefully the last of the extreme weather here as well. I survived another hot summer, now hopefully winter wont be as bad as last year! Looking forward to a light snow season here, it can snow all it wants up in the mountains!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Still calm on the home front, brother in law, while still drinking is not acting like a total ass. still trying to get my sister to see a divorce attorney, and get him out of her life! Actually i'm amazed at the fact that he is still alive, for as long and as much as he's drank i'm sure his liver and brain are just about gone!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Seahawks play today! looking forward to watching this game tonight, see how they are progressing. Took My Blood Sugar Defense pill, and my morning insulin. Another sunny day here, I woke up rather late today, Nothing out of the normal to report. No aches or pains and still feeling centered and focused! I was up late last night removing a virus from my nephews laptop! It took some time, but I found all the files and deleted them!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Enjoying the last days of summer, and looking forward to my nephews getting back to school. Trying to find a job, which has turned out to be quite the job in itself! I used to be a delivery driver, but after I was diagnosed with diabetes, Washington State was kind enough to inform me that I could no longer hold a CDL license. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Seems so many diabetics before me had not taken this illness seriously, and had blacked out while driving, causing several severe accidents. So, after I got my diabetes under control, I applied for a student loan, and took an SDET training course. Unfortunately during the time I was going to school, the economy went to hell, and it's turned into an Employers market. Hard to get a job, when there are 100 or more applying for the same position! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Anyways, the M's play again tonight, hopefully they can get back on track and win, and the Seahawks will be playing again! Another calm night, got plenty of good sleep. woke up with no aches and pains, No night sweats either. Ate some breakfast, took my morning Blood Sugar Defense pill, and my insulin. My legs and feet still have some numbness, my digestive system still seems fine, no stomache cramps or diahhrea. I feel very calm and centered, and my mind is very focused and calm as well! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Going to get rather warm today! then cool back off for the weekend. One last gasp of summer and then fall will arrive, the past few years it has happened literally overnight. Go from 80's and sunny to 50's and raining overnight! I'm not looking forward to that, I always seem to get sick when the weather changes. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;School starts next week! looking forward to some peace and quiet during the day. I know my nephews dont want to go, but they have alot to learn yet about the world! Ate breakfast and took my morning Blood Sugar Defense pill, and my morning insulin. Cloudy and cool day today, great day for taking a walk! Slept good last night, no aches and pains when I got up this morning. My digestive system and metabolism seem to be working normally, I dont get hot and cold through the night, and no more night sweats! I feel much better than I did 2 weeks ago, i'm so greatful I found these Blood Sugar Defense pills!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Well, my brother in law came home from work last night drunk, but didn't try to start any fights, so finally had some peace here! I cant believe he's still alive, he's been a heavy drinker for over 30 years. I dont see him living much longer, which is sad. I know that's part of the reason my nephews have anger issues of their own.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Good and bad news: Michael Jackson isn't really dead, according to the internet! they even support this claim with a Video (When he walks up and shakes my hand I will believe.) Come on people! have you never before heard of digital effects and editing?  I suppose you also believe Forest Gump met JFK, and really mooned Lynden Johnson. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sadly Ted Kennedy has passed away, now maybe we can get some work done for this country! get all these old timers out of goverment and finally get something done! Maybe get term limits finally, and set some limits on pay as well!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;M's won again last night in extra innings, I knew that comming home to Safeco field would help get them back on track! Ate breakfast and took my morning Blood Sugar Defense pill and took my insulin. No aches, and pains, No stomache cramps or diahhrea. Lower legs and feet still a little numb, and still have a faint ringing in my ears.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is the halfway point for the 30 day supply of my Blood Sugar Defense suppliments. I am doing alot better since I started taking them! My blood sugars are down 100 points, my digestive system, has calmed down. no more gas and no more diahhrea! my stomache aches and cramps have gone and my metabolism seems to have come back and I've lost 10 lbs! also my mind seems more clear and focused, Overall I'm doing much better than 2 weeks ago. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;had a long night, last night. Been having problems with my brother in law. He's a severe alcoholic on a week of binge drinking, and was making threats and trying to attack my sister and me, was up late dealing with that. Then the neighbors across the street were raising hell, seems their 12 year old son stole some things from a neighbors house! The police woke them up at 1:30 am and took him away in handcuffs, Then went to the other kids houses making more arrests! Hopefully less drama today, need some peace and quiet and less stress!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;M's are on a 10 day home stand, hopefully they can continue to win! looking forward to watching the Seahawks play again! cant wait for the season to start, hope they can make it to the playoffs again this year! Feeling good today, no aches or pains and looks like another cool sunny day! I will try and go for a walk today, get out and enjoy the sun and say hi to my neighbors! Took my Blood Sugar Defense pill, and my insulin. Woke up with a slight heeadache, but after eating it's going away now.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The M's play the Oakland A's tonight, hope they have better luck now that they are back home for awhile. They need to step up their game, if they want a chance at the play offs! Looking forward to watching the Seahawks play again, Hoping they will continue to stay healthy, and make a play off run this year!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Today was orientation for my nephew Jeremy, he's a freshman at high school, damn he grew up fast! Next monday is the official start of school! finally have some peace in the daytime.  I will be back later to share what my blood sugar levels are, have a great day all!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;UPDATE: Blood sugar level 165! still high but doing better, Watched the M's win! (100 units Lantus)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Enjoyed a nice 30 min. walk yesterday, and watched the M's loose in extra innings Last night! I Also watched the Seahawks, they started out rather shakey on defense, and the offense was pretty good, but as the game went on they both improved! Another nice and cool day today, sadly the M's lost again today to the Indians!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Going to try and get out for another walk today, I really enjoyed being out in the fresh air and sunshine! Enjoyed saying hi to my neighbors, and petting a few dogs along the way! I just sprayed down my cat with flea spray, she was scratching like crazy again this morning. Hopefully that will kill off a few more fleas, and eventually I will get rid of all of them!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It's my nephews Birthday today, (happy 14 B-day Jeremy!) and later I will get to see my other nephew Jason, who has 2 older sons, and a new Baby boy (5 months). I woke up this morning and checked my blood sugar level 250! way to high Took my Blood Sugar Defense pill and my insulin. Looks like I will need to get out for a walk in a few, help get my blood sugar to come down some. No aches or pains, and I had a great nights sleep! No noticeable gains in feeling in my lower legs and feet, and still have a slight ringing/buzz in my ears. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;M's rocked last night! won 9 - 4! Also watched some football, Bret Farve needs to go back into retirement before he looses all his fans and the sports respect! I also watched the Cowboys game! What a stadium, man that HD TV rocks!!! only problem I see with that stadium, (besides ticket prices) they mounted that Gigantic TV to low! seems that's gonna be a problem for punters!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thankfully a cool, cloudy day today, so I wont overheat when I go out for a walk. doing great since I've started taking Blood Sugar Defense suppliments, hope to reduce my insulin intake soon! would be great not to take any at all, but that might not be a realistic goal, I will just settle for cutting what I now take in half!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The M's and Seahawks play today, and hopefully both get wins, and the Seahawks dont suffer anymore serious injuries! Took my morning Blood Sugar Defense pill and going to take my morning insulin, then have some breakfast. Thankfully, the cooler weather has returned! mid 80's and low 90's are just too damn hot!!! Later in the day, I will have to go out for a walk, start getting back into shape! Feeling good today, no aches or pains when I got up, my vision is doing much better, and the ringing in my ears is almost gone. Still have some numbness in my lower legs and feet, no stomache cramps or diahhrea. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The M's are in Cleaveland today, hopefully no rain will interupt this game, and they can win! I dont know if they can make the playoffs this year, but they have done better than last year, and still have alot more to go! Looking forward to watching some football tonight, cant wait for the regular season to start! Hopefully the Seahawks can stay healthy, and make it into the playoffs this year! I'm also going to be watching how the Redskins do, Jim Zorn was the Seahawks first Quarterback and will be interesting to see if he can make it as a head coach. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My nephews are not looking forward to monday! have to go sign up for classes and then later on, school starts! got to make up for all the missed days last year. Will be nice to have some peace and quiet, atleast for some of the day. Now if I could just find a job. GO M's!! Last night I had a Klondike bar and I really paid for it later! I got really bad stomache ache, cramps, and gas. Next time I will just take a cold shower, that seems like a better way to cool off! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;No changes to report, still not feeling any aches and pains in the morning, tingling in feet is almost gone, and the numbness in my lower legs and feet diminsh a little more each day. Still have a slight ringing in my ears, but no cramps in my hands, legs or abdomen! I have noticed although it's been hot, it hasn't affected me as much since I started taking Blood Sugar Defense pills, My mind stays focused, and I dont get as hot.  I'm still taking the Flax seed oil and the Fish oil, and I'm still taking 100 units of lantus in the morning and another 100 at night. I used to take lispro, Since starting these pills I have stopped taking that, it made blood sugar go to low! My goal is to not have to take insulin anymore, I will settle for cutting my intake in half!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The M's play again today! hopefully another win, and I look forward to another Seahawks game! Had some breakfast and took my Blood Sugar Defense pill, and my morning insulin, hoping the day wont be to hot! Sadly last night the M's lost but today is another day. I didn't crash at 9 pm as I have in the past 8 days, I was able to stay up till midnight! Woke up at 9 am this morning and I had a very restful sleep! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Something new:  Yesterday I had lots of energy, and seems like I was hungry about every 4 hrs. that has not happened since I was diagnosed with diabetes. I Always felt tired, and never really had hunger pains or felt like I was starving. I went for a 30 minute walk yesterday and it felt great! Enjoyed watching the sun go down and I dont feel any soreness this morning! Hopefully in the coming days, I can see some weight start to come off, which will help keep me motivated and walking! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Looking forward to watching the Seahawks play, I cant believe that brett Farve came out of retirement yet again to play for the Vikings! He needs to grow up and realize that his body can only handle so much and it's time to move on and learn something else! I hope that nothing bad  will happen to him this year, he has a wife and children to support and think about! I slept good last night, and even though it was warmer yesterday, with a fan blowing on me I stayed cool. Had some oatmeal for breakfast and took my morning pill and 100 units of lantus ( I hate poking my fingers and sticking myself with needles!) &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;After 1 week on Blood Sugar Defense I can notice a difference in the way I feel! All my aches and pains have pretty much gone away, no more severe diahhrea or gas, no more cramps in my hands, mentally I feel more alert and focused, and my sense of smell and taste have begun to return as well. I wish I had Known about these pills years ago. Seems that conventional medicine is not about curing people, it's about keeping us sick, by covering up our ailments with drugs, so we will keep coming back and they can continue to make bigger profits! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I look forward to the day I can atleast reduce my insulin intake, and possibly not have to take any at all. for now, I  will continue to take Blood Sugar Defense pills, and start to exercise more, and hopefully I can begin to work off this excess weight, (about 100 lbs) and begin a more healthy and fit life! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Mariners are in Detroit today! Still have plenty of energy through the day, yet still crashing at about 9pm every night. This must be related to taking Blood Sugar Defense pills, hopefully in time this will dissipate. No aches and pains, or snap crackle pop! when I got up this morning! feeling alot better than I have in a long time. My stool is still loose, but no more diahhrea multiple times a day, also no more stomache cramps! My vision is getting better, and no more bad cramps in my hands, legs, and stomache! I'm still taking 100 units of lantus in the morning, and 100 units of lantus at night. I hope to be able to cut that in half, (50 in the morning and 50 at night) by the end of the first 30 days of starting Blood Sugar Defense herbal suppliments.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I watched the Mariners kick NY yankies ass yesterday 10 - 3 Go Mariners! was a nice sunny warm day outside, I think it got to 75 degrees. The heat didn't seem to bother me as much, since i'm not as hot as I have been in the past. Later I gave my cat a bath, she's been scratching herself alot lately, she didn't care very much for that, but seems she is much happier now that the fleas are gone!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hopefully today or tomorrow the Blood Sugar Defense pills my mother ordered for herself and my aunt will arrive and they can start taking them as well! My feet have stopped tingling and hurting, and some of the numbness is going away. My aches and pains are still gone and the brain fog has lifted! Once I have become fully awake I feel fully focused, and my mind is calm and centered! I noticed today I have lost a few pounds, my shirts and pants are not as tight as they used to be.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Well, I watched the Seahawks first pre-season game against San Diego Chargers, I think we look really good! Jim Mora will be a great head coach and I expect this year we will make it into the playoffs once again! I didn't make it out for that walk, I got sidetracked fixing my nephews sony PSP. Keep trying to tell them pop and electronics dont mix! anyway I took my evening dose of Blood Sugar Defense and my insulin and ate some rice and pork for dinner! I was bad and had a klondike bar for dessert, checked my blood sugar later 201! still rather high but not bad considering i had alot of sugar from the klondike bar! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Day 4 I woke up late! I noticed this morning i'm getting some feeling back in my hands and fingers, I actually felt the prick to my finger when I tested my blood! I also noticed that my sense of smell is coming back as well, these pills are great! my hope is that I can greatly reduce my insulin use and hopefully stop taking it all together! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have more feeling in my feet this morning, when I got up it was mildly painful to walk. I had oatmeal and toast again for breakfast, and took another pill and my insulin, will test my blood sugar levels later.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now, if this pill could help with my thinning hair.... Anyway, I will eventually have to make another dr.  appt. (I hate going!) do some blood tests and see where my cholesterol and a1c levels are.  Once my feet stop hurting i'm going to start going for walks, I need the exercise! I dont want to die young like my father did, although I can understand him giving up, this disease is so devistating on so many different levels and myself and others show very little outward signs, other than being overweight. So tired of being judged by people, making the obvious assumptions based on my outward appearance! I had started taking Blood Sugar Defense herbal supplements, and they seem to be helping me. my blood sugar level was 135! I had oatmeal and toast for breakfast and took another pill, I will check my blood sugar levels later on in the day and see where i'm at. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I noticed that when I woke up this morning, I had less aches and pains, I have frozen shoulder syndrome in both my shoulders, thanks diabetes, and the brain fog ( I dont drink, but from others describing how they felt, I guess kinda like a hangover?), was not as noticeable. I still hear a high pitched humming noise, and still have a slight shake in my hands, and my distance vision is still blurry. I noticed my sense of smell, has made a slight comeback and also, gained some feeling in my feet and lower legs! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have also found through my research, that body ph levels also play a role in allowing Diabetes and other diseases to live in, and grow in ones body. It has been suggested and studied that an acidic body ph, is ideal for diseases to live and in fact thrive, while nutral to positive ph levels will reduce and eventually kill diseases. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So I have found the easiest way to produce this effect is to add baking soda to water and drink it. While this doesn't sound very appealing, and probably will taste like crap, eventually, I guess I will have to try this and tell you how well that works. Also I have learned that adding extra electrons to the water will also help by multiplying the effectiveness of not only achieving PH balance, but also removing/repairing the effects of toxins and free radicals on our bodies. I'm doing more research on this and will talk about this more in the days to come. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;U&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PDATE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;: &lt;/strong&gt;It's the afternoon and I checked my blood sugar level; 196 not to bad. Feeling better than I have in days,  stomache cramps have mostly gone, and haven't had any cramps in my hands yet today. I hope this means this suppliment I have started taking is helping me feel better!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UPDATE:&lt;/strong&gt; It's early evening, and i'm getting hungry. I ate this and then took one of these pills, I dont know if it's due to my feeling yucky since last week or the pills, but about 45 minutes later, I got very tired and slept for 3 hours. I got up and checked my blood sugar levels, it was at 196! that's pretty good. I ate again later, a turkey sandwitch, and took another pill, didn't get tired this time and my sugars are 290. That's not good. I will take my nightly dose of insulin and hopefully my sugars will be down in the morning!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;UPDATE: My 30 day blood sugar average is 270: that very high and hopefully this will come down in time. I knew that this &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;disease&lt;/span&gt; would eventually catch up with me, as it runs through both my mothers and fathers families. My grandmother as well as my father had type 2 and took insulin to control their sugar levels.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My grandmother, (on my mothers side) had gone blind due to ruptured blood vessels in her eyes. At the time, there was no technology available to keep this from happening! As technologies were created, the DR's were able to go in and scrape off the dried blood and she did regain some sight. Sadly while in the hospital, the nurses made a mistake and gave her insulin before she had eaten breakfast, and by the time the mistake was found, she went into a coma and died.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My father, refused to take the &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;disease&lt;/span&gt; seriously, at first he was given pills, but refused to take them properly or exercise enough! later, he began to take insulin, yet he refused to even take that properly! (one time he was rushed to the hospital with blood sugar level of 700!)In 1990 he had several arteries rupture in his eyes, causing him to become legally blind. Later, he developed congestive heart failure and needed a pacemaker, and then his kidneys started to fail and eventually his heart just gave out and he died in 2003. While I cannot fight genetics, I can choose how I want to live my life!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So for me, my type 2 diabetes is mostly my cell walls becoming hardened and not allowing insulin in, or waste out. when I was first diagnosed the doctor &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;perscribed&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;Glucophage&lt;/span&gt;. For the first year they worked well, kept my blood sugars normal and I suffered moderate &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;diahreah&lt;/span&gt;, and fatigue. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;After the first year, the pills began to help less and the Doctor added more pills at higher milligrams. by the time I switched to insulin, I was taking 4 pills a day at 100 milligrams! I had developed severe gas, which lead to me being fired from my job, and my &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;diahreah&lt;/span&gt; had become severe, I lost 100 lbs. (i &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;dont&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;recomend&lt;/span&gt; this as a form of weight loss) even while I was taking anti - &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8"&gt;diahreah&lt;/span&gt; pills!  I learned later that &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_9"&gt;Glucophage&lt;/span&gt; was building up lactose in my system, which accounted for the gas, and if I would have continued taking them , they could have killed me! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;At this point I became pro active in my treatment, and I basically demanded that I be given insulin. so the doctor put me on a 70/30 insulin that was animal based, and for about 2 years this helped. Then I developed a resistance to this insulin, at which time, my Doctor switched me to the fast acting animal insulin, and after time I developed resistance to that as well. Also my cholesterol had got out of &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_10"&gt;wack&lt;/span&gt;, and I was &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_11"&gt;perscribed&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_12"&gt;meds&lt;/span&gt;, which didn't help and I suffered all the pills side effects (kidney liver pain, muscle aches and weakness, joint pains) &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have to say, as big of an epidemic this &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_13"&gt;disease&lt;/span&gt; is in this country, it seems most doctors &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_14"&gt;dont&lt;/span&gt; know &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_15"&gt;alot&lt;/span&gt; about the subject of diabetes. Maybe it's just because I have been dealing with Doctors at a free clinic, so I guess it's true, you get what you pay for. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So shortly after I switched insulin my doctor wanted me to start taking 1 baby aspirin a day. in retrospect, I wish I had done some research on my own about my &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_16"&gt;disease&lt;/span&gt;, because a few months later, I woke up one morning unable to see properly. Seems the aspirin I feel, contributed to the weakening of my arteries in my eyes, which lead to one hell of an experience with &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_17"&gt;DSHS&lt;/span&gt; (Dept. Social Health Services)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So, upon waking, and finding that in fact it was not a case of having crud in my eyes, I went to the Clinic, and my Doctor &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_18"&gt;refered&lt;/span&gt; me to an eye doctor. After several tests, He found that I had lost 80% vision in my right eye, and 20% in my left eye. Well now my fun began with &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_19"&gt;DSHS&lt;/span&gt;! went and applied for temp. disability, filled out tons of paperwork and after a series of avoidable errors on the part of &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_20"&gt;DSHS&lt;/span&gt; employees ( lost paperwork, old outdated paperwork) I finally got the forms for my Eye doctor to fill out. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Doctor had to decide (on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being totally disabled) how disabled I was. well, he marked me down as a 3. I took that back to &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_21"&gt;DSHS&lt;/span&gt;, where I was &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_22"&gt;promptly&lt;/span&gt; informed I was not eligible. I explained I was a driver by trade and I cant  see well enough to drive! (To understand my experience, try wearing a patch over one eye! if the severe headaches &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_23"&gt;dont&lt;/span&gt; affect you, maybe the motion sickness will!) &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_24"&gt;DSHS&lt;/span&gt; responded, saying I could get a desk job, so I didn't qualify! After some severe yelling and some swearing on my part, they gave me another form and I went back to my eye doctor and he marked me as a 5. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_25"&gt;DSHS&lt;/span&gt; finally approved me, and I was given full medical coverage, 385 dollars a month cash and 130 dollars a month in food stamps. I was &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_26"&gt;refered&lt;/span&gt; for &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_27"&gt;lazer&lt;/span&gt; surgery, where, they zapped my right eye 60 times and my left eye 30 times.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So now I have Blind spots in my vision ( like looking through a glass of &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_28"&gt;milkey&lt;/span&gt; water) my left eye it's right in the middle of my field of view, making reading of books impossible! As for my Right eye, fortunately it's my &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_29"&gt;periferal&lt;/span&gt; vision that's slightly affected. After I recovered, I tried driving truck again but just didn't feel it was safe, then again I developed resistance to the insulin and was switched to human insulin, &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_30"&gt;humalog&lt;/span&gt;, (fast acting) and &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_31"&gt;lantis&lt;/span&gt; (slower acting) So I went to school To learn about computers, and yet again &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_32"&gt;i'm&lt;/span&gt; starting to &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_33"&gt;develope&lt;/span&gt; resistance to this insulin, and have to take more to keep my blood sugars under control. being out of work doesn't help and &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_34"&gt;DSHS&lt;/span&gt; wont give me medical coverage. Rather see me die I guess, than pay for my medical! I cant afford to get both the fast acting &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_35"&gt;humalog&lt;/span&gt; (Lispro) and longer lasting(&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_36"&gt;lantis&lt;/span&gt;) Through the clinic and the insulin maker, I get 20 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_37"&gt;viles&lt;/span&gt; of &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_38"&gt;Lantis&lt;/span&gt; for $15 and with watching my diet and &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_39"&gt;excercising&lt;/span&gt;, I can keep my sugars under control.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I want more ! I &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_40"&gt;dont&lt;/span&gt; want to shoot myself 4 times a day with insulin ( I take 100 units, morning and at night!) so I started taking in &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_41"&gt;june&lt;/span&gt;, fish oil, and flax seed oil, which helped cut my cholesterol (bad) in half! then I added coenzymeQ10 and niacin to the mix. I noticed a slight reduction in the tingling and numbness in my feet and legs, and a slight reduction in the brain fog caused by excessive amounts of sugar and insulin in my blood. But maybe we're looking at it from the wrong perspective. Suppose that major suppliers in the oil industry are the oil futures manipulative speculators.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Is it possible that oil prices are rigged? I believe it to be true. Here's how it’s done:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just how would you raise prices if you were an oil supplier? Controlling the supply like OPEC did in the 1973 oil embargo. Which has become less effective now with more sources of oil worldwide. While oil suppliers clearly cannot raise prices by controlling demand in the physical oil market, ultimately they need to sell their oil, not to buy it. However, with the market inefficiencies that I will show here, oil suppliers can regain the upper hand by artificially inflating demand using a different market. To understand this mechanism, we must take a glimpse into the future. The oil futures market, that is. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The price of oil reported in the news is actually the price of oil in the futures market. In this market, traders do not exchange physical barrels of oil, but instead trade contracts, which obligate them to exchange oil at a quoted price at a specific date in the future, usually months in advance. Such a contract allows companies to hedge positions by locking in prices early. Airlines buy futures contracts to reduce their exposure to rising fuel prices. Conversely, oil companies might sell futures contracts to assure a profit against future price drops. It's all about reducing risk and uncertainty. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;So, what if oil suppliers were instead buying oil futures, compounding their own risk and reaping enormous profits from the explosion in the price of physical oil? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The futures market has become the public driving force in pricing oil. But the vast majority of oil consumed in the world is purchased through private deals, given the massive undertaking of physically delivering millions of barrels. However, a series of private deals cannot establish a fair market price. Because pricing in the futures market is transparent, being that trade activity is made publicly available, it establishes the widely accepted standard for the price of oil. In other words, the futures market serves as the discovery price for the oil the world consumes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks to margin in the oil futures market, (lest we forget margin trading was what lead to the first US depression) you can trade ten times more oil than you could otherwise afford. For only $9,000, you could control more than $140,000 of oil at recent highs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; All told, about one billion barrels of oil are traded daily through futures contracts at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX). This volume significantly overshadows the 80 - 100 million barrels of oil consumed each day worldwide. Yet this large volume of trading is misleading. Most of the trades are just noise: speculators going for quick profits, taking a position, and closing it out immediately. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A better measure of the size of a futures market is the open interest, the total number of outstanding positions. For contracts ranging from next month to years from now, there is a total of one billion barrels accounted for from the total number of outstanding positions. While worldwide, more than 30 billion barrels of oil are actually consumed each year. Despite all the volume, the claims realized through open interest pale in comparison to the actual consumption of oil. The oil futures market is much smaller than the real oil market. When you consider margin, the amount of money actually invested is even smaller. Indeed, one dollar invested in a long-term position in the oil futures market carries the leveraged weight of more than $300 in the physical oil market. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The point is, it would only take about $9 billion to control the entire long position in oil. That sounds like an enormous amount of money, but some of the major individual players in oil are bigger than the market itself: Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Muizzaddin, of Brunei Shell Petroleum, is worth about $23 billion, Russian Vagit Alekperov of LUKoil is worth about $13 billion, Exxon oil made a 10 billion profit, BP profit was L6.7 billion and I could go on listing others here.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No, I’m not saying any of these guys are rigging the market. The point is that anyone in that category could clearly handle the risks of the oil futures market, and they might even be willing to take delivery on oil. With suppliers holding back their large stakes in oil before delivery, those speculators and hedgers on the other side (those who have sold oil) will need to pay higher prices to get out of their positions. Oil supplier’s ties to the oil market itself give them a unique advantage in cornering the market.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why would these individuals or their companies risk their own money and reputations, should they be discovered? They really don't need to. There's an investment vehicle called  “hedge fund” with which they can even risk other investors’ money for oil futures speculation. Although we're all affected by oil prices, we as oil consumers don't set the prices. Herein lies the problem. The oil futures market that serves as the price discovery mechanism for the physical oil market is open only to the elite. We trust these elites to determine the oil futures prices, but who are they? Who are the so-called experts? Hedge funds, oil companies, OPEC, the very people who profit from massive, consistent increases in prices. Notice a conflict of interest? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;All an oil supplier would have to do to raise prices is buy up oil futures contracts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It's not even that risky. Either the suppliers/investors risk an insignificant fraction of their multi billion dollar fortune, or they entice other investors, little people like you and me to share the risk. With virtually unlimited resources and an actual tie to the underlying commodity. It’s in every oil supplier's best interest for prices to go up. Oil is a finite commodity. Discoveries of conventional oil total roughly 2 trillion barrels, of which 1 trillion have been extracted so far, with another trillion barrels to go. The world will eventually become more efficient and develop alternative energy sources we are seeing that happen now with hybrids and electric cars. In the meantime, suppliers want to squeeze out as much profit as possible from their limited resources. Even if they know that the price of oil is too high (to the point of reducing demand) it is not in their interest to correct it. By setting prices in the smaller but more "trusted" oil futures market, oil producers realize multiplied gains on their physical oil sales. Prices in the oil futures market and, indeed, any real-life market on a standardized good in this case oil, do not form where actual supply meets actual demand; they form where perceived supply meets perceived demand. Participants in the oil futures market merely represent the world around them. A cloak of anonymity has been placed over the public's eyes, and they accept this illusion of a fair price.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Is this vulnerability a reality? Is economics so wrong in applying its supply-demand theory that we might confuse corrupt manipulation with fair pricing? There's motive, opportunity, and greed at play. Why would we expect anything else?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Unfortunately, the price set by the small oil futures market transcends oil to influence the entire American and the world economy. Our oil-dependent economy is shaped by oil's arbitrarily determined price. In many ways, oil has become the new world currency. Similarly, with oil traded internationally in U.S. dollars, the dollar is pegged against oil. While squeezing American industry, high oil prices also devalue the dollar. With the state of our economy reflected in the price of oil, it has become a new standard for valuing America. We are slaves to this black gold standard. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The American market system, purportedly a free market despite its flaws and gross inefficiencies, has opened this vulnerability. The oil suppliers may tighten the noose, but we tied it around our throats long ago. Hiding behind the wall of anonymity, the perpetrators profit and achieve their own ends, bringing down America in the process.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The oil futures market is a closed book that needs to be opened beyond price transparency to participant transparency. After each contract has expired, NYMEX and other exchanges should reveal the participants in each trade. When the Announcer asked all to stand for the singing of the Star Spangled Banner, seeing our Flag and hearing the words, made me think about the beginning of this fine country and who where the Men that signed the Declaration of independence?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The first and most famous signature on the engrossed copy was that of John Hancock, President of the Continental Congress. Two lost their sons serving in the Revolutionary Army; another had two sons captured.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nine of the 56 fought and died from wounds or hardships of the Revolutionary War.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They signed and they pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What kind of men were they?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Twenty-four were lawyers and jurists. Eleven were merchants, nine were farmers and large plantation owners; men of means, well educated, but they signed the Declaration of Independence knowing full well that the penalty would be death if they were captured.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Carter Braxton of Virginia, a wealthy planter and trader, saw his ships sunk to the bottom of the sea by the British Navy. He sold his home and properties to pay his debts, and died in rags. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thomas McKeam was so hounded by the British that he was forced to move his family constantly. He served in the Congress without pay, and his family was kept in hiding. His possessions were taken from him, and poverty was his final reward.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vandals or soldiers looted the properties of Dillery, Hall, Clymer,Walton, Gwinnett, Heyward, Ruttledge, and Middleton.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At the battle of Yorktown , Thomas Nelson, Jr., noted that the British General Cornwallis had taken over the Nelson home for his headquarters. He sent word to General George Washington urging him to open fire. The home was destroyed, and Nelson died bankrupt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Francis Lewis had his home and properties destroyed. The enemy jailed his wife, and she died within a few months.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;John Hart was driven from his wife’s bedside as she was dying. Their 13 children fled for their lives. His fields and his gristmill were laid to waste. For more than a year he lived in forests and caves, returning home, only to find his wife dead and his children vanished.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Some of us take these liberties so much for granted, but we shouldn’t. The fact is, someone is artificially manipulating the market, i.e.; oil futures, driving prices up. The fact is that for months now the oil companies have not had to buy crude oil and have not had to refine gasoline, with the crash of world economies the demand for oil and gas has been severely reduced and while there have been cuts by OPEC to reduce the output of oil, the fact is, people cant afford to buy gas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In major ports around the US, there are oil tankers, docked full of crude oil waiting to be offloaded, as oil refineries are fully loaded with both crude to be refined, and gasoline that’s been refined. So these so called dips in supply have nothing to do with increasing demand, when capacity becomes available they dip into the stockpile of oil that was bought just before the economy crashed and refine enough to replace what has been used, keeping up the appearances, and to keep machinery from going idle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So gas at it’s lowest point at the end of 2008 was about $45 which was the last time the oil companies bought crude oil to refine, and this is when they started refining gas for the summertime, after which they began to store up supplies while the prices were low. Within a short time they had replaced all the oil that had been diverted from our nations strategic oil reserves, and had filled all the onsite storage to capacity and yet they still continued to buy, filling up oil tankers and then parking them and basically using them as floating storage tanks. Having to pay for docking fees and insurance on the vessel and the oil stored inside, they began to start raising the gas prices at the pump to offset these costs. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fast forward to today.  There was a blurb in the news about the weak dollar. Prices rise at the pump again.  Someone pumps in millions into the futures market and prices continue to rise.  Threats of OPEC cutting back production, prices still are rising. Meanwhile the oil companies are not buying any oil, not really refining at any noticeable levels and American consumption of gas it as the lowest levels in decades, and still there is no outrage against congress, the president or the oil companies for obvious price gouging! When will congress and the president hold oil companies accountable? When will the people of this great country hold the politicians accountable? When will we see real change? In 1865 JUNETEENTH Day was created to celebrate this Event. Years later the Civil Rights act of 1964 was passed. 2 very big events in this countries history and yet I would be very surprised if any big celebrations will be shown on the news today, even as we settle into history being made with the first black President. I wonder if he has ever celebrated JUNETEENTH DAY? I'm curious if there is anyone who celebrates JUNETEENTH day? I honestly had not heard of this until i did a search on the Internet of historic events on my Birthday June 19Th. there is a website, but i have never seen any celebrations on the news in my city or state. Before the last presidential election I agreed with most Republicans on the issues, because I no longer felt the Democratic Party represents the views of the people or works to pursue issues important to the people of the United States. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now I no longer feel the Republican Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to the people. The fact is I no longer feel any political party or representative in Washington DC represents my views or works to pursue the issues important to me. There must be someone!  Please tell me who you are!  Please Wont one Politician stand up and tell me that you are out there and that you're willing to fight for our Constitution as it was written. So why do banks and Wall Street, who were greedy and irresponsible, deserve a handout for unsound financial practices?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) Czars, I want the circumvention of our checks and balances stopped immediately.  Government officials answer to the process, not to the president. Stop trampling on our Constitution and honor it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) Cap the Gas Prices. The Oil companies are out of control and know we cant run this country without gas. The Economy is in the toilet and yet people speculating on oil can drive the gas prices up? This is the perfect time to get away from an oil-based economy and turn to hydrogen and other green sources of energy. And why should we continue to fund world terrorism? If we were to go green right now and stop buying oil, where would the money to fund terrorism come from? No need for war if those who seek to destroy us can only throw rocks and shoot arrows.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5) Universal Healthcare. The People of this Country do not want to be rushed into another expensive decision. Don't you dare try to pass this in the middle of the night and then go on break. Just how do you expect to pay for this President Obama? How about reforming what we already have? Keep them from charging 300 percent or more markups for medicines and services!  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6) Growing government control. I want states rights and sovereignty fully restored. I want less government in my life, not more. Shrink it down. Mind your own business. You have enough to take care of with your real obligations. Why don't you start there? Cure our countries hunger, homeless and jobless problems first before you reach out to the world. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7) Redistribution of wealth. No, no, no. I work for my money. It is mine. I have always worked for people with more money than I, because Supply the jobs. That is the only redistribution of wealth that I will support. I never got a job from a poor person. Why do you want me to hate the Rich? What do you have against the little guy making a profit? That once was the American Dream. Work hard, make lots of money, buy a house, a car, and raise a family.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8) Transparency and accountability. How about it? No, really, how about it? Let's have it. Let's say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please stop manipulating and trying to appease me with clever wording. We the people are not the idiots you obviously make us out to be. Stop sneaking around and meeting in back rooms, making deals with your friends. It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from us. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9) Unprecedented quick spending. Stop it now. Take a breath. Listen to the people. Let's just slow down and get some input from some nonpoliticians on the subject. Stop making everything an emergency. Stop speed-reading our bills into law. I am not an activist. I am not a community organizer. Nor am I a terrorist, a militant or a violent person. I work. I am busy, and I am tired. I thought the reason why we elected people, was to take care of the business of government so that we could work, raise our families, pay our bills, have a little recreation, complain about taxes, endure our hardships, pursue our personal goals, cut our lawn, wash our cars on the weekends and be responsible contributing members of society and teach our children to be the same all while living in the home of the free and land of the brave. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I entrusted you with upholding the Constitution. I believed in the checks and balances to keep from getting far off course. What happened? You are very far off course. Do you really think I find humor in the hiring of a speed reader to unintelligently ramble all through a bill that you signed into law without knowing what it contained? I do not. It is a mockery of the responsibility I have entrusted to you. It is a slap in the face. I am not laughing at your arrogance. Why is it that I feel as if you would not trust me to make a single decision about my own life and how I would live it but you should expect that I should trust you with the debt that you have laid on all of our children and us. We did not want the TARP bill. We said no. We would repeal it if we could. I am sure that we still cannot. There is such urgency and recklessness in all of the recent spending.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;From my perspective, it seems that all of you have gone insane. I also know that I am far from alone in these feelings. Do you honestly feel that your current pursuits have merit to patriotic Americans? We want it to stop. We want to put the brakes on everything that is being rushed by us and forced upon us. We want our voice back. You have forced us to put our lives on hold to straighten out the mess that you are making. We will have now have to give up our vacations, our time spent with our children, any relaxation time we may have had and any money saved that we cannot afford to spend, So we can bring our concerns to Washington. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;President Obama; We want you and all of the politicians to stop focusing on your reelections and do the job we want done, not the job you want done or the job your party wants done. You work for us and at this rate I guarantee you not for long because we the people are coming. We will be heard and we will be represented. You think we're so busy with our lives that we will never come for you? We are the formerly silent majority, all of us who quietly work, pay taxes, obey the law, vote, save money, keep our noses to the grindstone and we are now looking up at you. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You have awakened us, the patriotic spirit so strong and so powerful that it had been sleeping too long. You have pushed us too far. Our numbers are great. They may surprise you. For every one of us who will be there, there will be hundreds more that could not come. Unlike you, we have their trust. We will represent them honestly, rest assured. They will be at the polls on voting day to usher you out of office. We have cancelled vacations. We will use our last few dollars saved. We will find the representation among us and a grassroots campaign will flourish. We didn't ask for this fight. But the gloves are coming off. We do not come in violence, but we are angry. You will represent us or you will be replaced with someone who will. There are candidates among us when he will rise like a Phoenix from the ashes that you have made of our constitution. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Democrat, Republican, independent, libertarian. Understand this. We don't care. Political parties are meaningless to us. Patriotic Americans are willing to do right by us and our Constitution and that is all that matters to us now. We are going to fire all of you who abuse power and seek more. It is not your power. It is ours and we want it back. We entrusted you with it and you abused it. You are dishonorable. You are dishonest. As Americans we are ashamed of you. You have brought shame to us. If you are not representing the wants and needs of your constituency loudly and consistently, in spite of the objections of your party, you will be fired. &lt;br /&gt;Who do you represent? Big oil gets it's wish of 2.50 for gas</title><content type='html'>&lt;p&gt;As Summer Approaches,  and another Memorial Day Arrives, the Oil Companies have yet again been able to freely manipulate gas prices to 2.50 a gallon. Why? How?  The price for a barrel of oil has not gone up that much since President Obama took office, and the US oil storage facilities are overflowing with crude waiting to be refined. Even the stratigic oil reserves have been topped off and there are oil tankers parked at major us ports full waiting to be offloaded. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So how can gas prices be going up? Oil companies are buying less oil, consumers are buying less gas, and supply is full And bursting at the seams, yet we continue to see gas prices at the pump rise atleast 2 cents a day hear in the puget sound area.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;When will the President step in and put a stop to the blatent price fixing by the oil companies? How long will the American people  stand by and let the oil companies steal our hard earned money? When will the American public demand that something be Done? The Oil companies want to blame this on loosing drilling rights in sensitive and protected areas that they had gained from 4.00 gas prices, oh and summers here so we have to change over to the summer blend of Gas so emmitions will be lower. Bu######!!! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;There is no Reason why prices should go up. The Economics of supply and demand state the obvious here. Low demand + high supply = lower prices. I guess this is Where that new math comes in and makes it possible to raise prices when demand keeps going down and supply is at capacity. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;When will Congress and the President see through this and put a stop to it? This technologhy could be put in use relatively easily in an electric car to constantly charge the batteries so conceivably you would not have to charge the batteries (unless you forget to turn off the dome light or your headlights) So why is it the Car Companies continue to waste time and money developing batteries for electric cars? Why not adapt existing technologies and build a car for the people? Help the USA convert from an oil based economy? Become a hero to all? What? You wont be able to line your pockets with money? Have to see others become richer?  I guess their idea of bailout is not the same as the people who make up this great nation. I guess Big Business and Government would rather waste billions on a war than lead this country back to prominence. We do have the Ability and the resources to build this car and usher in a new world age, and see the end to middle eastern dominance in world affairs. Sadly the only thing standing in the way of this is greed. I see the downfall of a once great nation coming and cant do a thing to stop it, yet we the poeple could change it if we all could come together as one and make it clear we want real change!!!  The so called change we are being fed now is nothing more than taking from our childrens and grandchildrens futures to pay for our lack of control now. I see coming, tripple digit inflation and the end of medicare and social security. All because a select few want to have all the money. Politicians want you to believe that the viaduct will surely fall down soon. What they fail to mention is, that if the viaduct were removed, there is all that land freed up for use. Now the polititions want you to believe they will use it for parks, yet they all see dollar signs. Just think of all the taxes they can collect if multiple Apt. buildings or Condos are built! Why cant the people of this country as well as the elected officials see that a continued course of oil dependency only finances those who choose to destroy us? That if this country stops buying oil... that those who choose to fight against us (terrorists) will no longer be able to wield weapons other than sticks and stones?
