Woke up and checked my blood sugar 110! in the normal range. Feeling good today, no aches or pains and looks like another cool sunny day! I will try and go for a walk today, get out and enjoy the sun and say hi to my neighbors! Took my Blood Sugar Defense pill, and my insulin. Woke up with a slight heeadache, but after eating it's going away now.
The M's play the Oakland A's tonight, hope they have better luck now that they are back home for awhile. They need to step up their game, if they want a chance at the play offs! Looking forward to watching the Seahawks play again, Hoping they will continue to stay healthy, and make a play off run this year!
Today was orientation for my nephew Jeremy, he's a freshman at high school, damn he grew up fast! Next monday is the official start of school! finally have some peace in the daytime. I will be back later to share what my blood sugar levels are, have a great day all!
UPDATE: Blood sugar level 165! still high but doing better, Watched the M's win! I also watched the Jets play, they look pretty good this year. 3 good quarterbacks to choose from, panthers were looking good too. Well off to eat, take my Blood Sugar Defense pill and evening insulin, See you in the Morning!
